So I just wanted to share what I just got in the mail. My new custom dice :) I had these bad boys made for the Astronomi-con tourney this weekend. I wasn't sure if I would get them in time because I only ordered them last week, but wow, they did and they look completely awesome. I can't wait to these dice out on the table and play with them!
If you're wondering where I got them from here's the info. http://www.chessex.com/Dice/Custom_Dice_Home.htm They run about a dollar a dice and a couple then 8 bucks for shipping. A little more then what you would pay in the store but not that much more, so completely worth it!

But how do they roll? my last dice cube (before the current one) used to give me epic 2's. especially when I needed 4+ for saves....
ReplyDeleteThe skull looks really sharp, but the thickness of the lines on the others makes it a little hard to pick out the details. Very cool though, and thanks for sharing... :)

ReplyDelete@Warhammer39999 - I know what you mean, and I would've like them thicker, but they said that the paint would be removed during the polishing process so that's as thick as they can go.
Excellent dice. Looking to get some custom dice for my heroclix game. What was the minimum order for them? I understand a lot of places require you to buy 25, which is waaaaay more than I'd ever need.
